Certain products and services on our Site may have additional terms that apply. If these Terms of Use conflict with terms applicable to a specific product or service, those other terms will take precedence.
These terms and conditions, along with any other product- or service-specific terms on our Site, form your service agreement (“Agreement”) with Raw Pack and any of its owned or operated sites where these Terms of Use are posted (“Raw Pack”). This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of our Site and your purchase or use of any products or services offered through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of its terms. You may not access or use this Site or accept this Agreement if you are under 18 years of age.
Please note that these terms include an arbitration provision that affects your rights. You and Raw Pack agree that any disputes between us will be resolved through mandatory binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration, as well as the right to a jury trial. Arbitration typically involves less discovery and limited appeal rights compared to court proceedings.

Electronic Communications
When you use our Site or send emails or other electronic communications to us from your desktop or mobile device, you are communicating with Raw Pack electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive responses from us in the same electronic format, and you may retain copies of these communications for your records.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Accounts
In order to use certain features of the Site (such as purchasing products and services, collectively referred to as “Products”), you may be required to register for an account with Raw Pack (“Account”) and provide certain information as prompted during registration.
You represent and warrant that:
(a) all information you provide is truthful and accurate;
(b) you will maintain and update this information as needed to keep it accurate; and
(c) your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information.
You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, including but not limited to purchases, use of the Site, and any communications sent from your Account.
You agree to notify Raw Pack immediately of any unauthorized or suspected unauthorized use of your Account, or any other breach of security. Upon receiving such notice, Raw Pack may suspend or secure your Account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
Permissible Uses of Site
Subject to these Terms, Raw Pack grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site, its features, or its content, nor does it permit any use of the Site for restricted purposes outlined below. Raw Pack reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, for any reason.
Your use of the Site is subject to the following restrictions:
(a) you may not use the Site to place orders for resale or on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes;
(b) you may not reproduce, sell, rent, license, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, its products, or its content without prior written consent from Raw Pack;
(c) you may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Site;
(d) you may not use the Site to build or support a competing service, or to collect content, data, or account information for the benefit of another business;
(e) you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the Site without prior written consent from Raw Pack; and
(f) you may not use framing techniques or otherwise display Raw Pack’s trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written consent.
Raw Pack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. You agree that Raw Pack will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such changes, interruptions, or discontinuation.
