Raw Pack products are sold exclusively through select Costco locations.

Because of this, all returns and exchanges must be handled directly through Costco, in accordance with their return policy.

We do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly through our website.

Costco Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues with the product, we recommend returning it to your nearest Costco location with your receipt. Costco is best equipped to provide refunds or exchanges quickly and efficiently.

• Photos of the product and packaging (if available)
• Lot number and expiration date (if available)

• Refunds are not issued by Raw Pack, all refunds are processed through Costco
