Transitioning to Raw
1. Start Simple – Begin with easy proteins like chicken or turkey. Stick to one protein for the first 3–5 days.
2. Transition Gradually –
Days 1–3: 75% old food / 25% Raw Pack
Days 4–6: 50% / 50%
Days 7–10: 25% / 75%
Days 11–14: 100% Raw Pack
If stools soften, hold at the current ratio for 24–48 hours before advancing.
3. Support Digestion – Consider probiotics, digestive enzymes, or a spoon of plain pumpkin. Ensure fresh water is always available.
4. Stay Consistent & Monitor – Feed on a schedule and watch stool quality, energy, appetite, and body condition. Adjust portions based on your dog’s needs and activity level.
